As a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach, Carie combines a strong foundation in human nutrition with a holistic approach to overall well-being. She enjoys working closely with individuals to improve daily habits, build consistency, and create realistic routines that last.

Known for her results-driven yet supportive approach, Carie focuses on practical tools and actionable insights that empower clients to take control of their health. She believes education and personalized support are key to lasting change and is committed to staying current with the latest research in health and nutrition to ensure her guidance is both effective and scientifically backed.

Outside of coaching, Carie enjoys spending time with her family, working out, going to the beach, reading, and gardening.
