Charting Your Progress

One of the most important steps which ensure success in our program is the tracking of your weight, food, and health symptoms. The “psychology of success” includes charting your progress on an ongoing basis. You are able to see the big picture by observing how your health has improved and your weight has decreased in the time since you started the Get Fit program.

When you meet with your weight loss coach, we look at the data together to track your progress, identify any roadblocks you may be hitting and address any symptoms you may still be feeling from particular foods.
