It increases and interacts with medications in the body.

What foods will I be eating?

Shopping on the outside of the grocery store aisles.

Do I need to get on a scale every day?

Yes, because you will lose weight every day. It also indicates if any foods are causing stress to your body, like bloating, headache, reflux etc.

Absolutely not. All supplements are all natural, rated, and tested cGMP.
