Chicken & Swiss Chard

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast, halved
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 apple – peeled, cored & pureed
  • 3 cups Swiss chard
Directions:
Salt & pepper chicken; add to hot non-stick skillet. Cook 5-to-10 minutes on each side or until well browned. Remove to plate. Bring next 3 ingredients to boil in a pan; reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for 3 minutes. Return chicken & juice to pan. Stir occasionally for 3 minutes as sauce thickens. Add chard to the pan, toss until wilted, roughly 1 minute. Season to taste.
