Mixed Grilled Fajitas

Ingredients:
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 medium onion – thinly sliced & sautéed
  • 8 ounces of skirt steak, or thinly sliced boneless chicken
  • breast
Directions:
Place first 5 ingredients in a freezer bag, add the meat and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Overnight is preferred. Empty content into a skillet, cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally at least 8 minutes to preferred doneness. Serve immediately.
