Mixed Grilled Fajitas

Ingredients:
Place first 5 ingredients in a freezer bag, add the meat and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Overnight is preferred. Empty content into a skillet, cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally at least 8 minutes to preferred doneness. Serve immediately.
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup water
- 1 medium onion – thinly sliced & sautéed
- 8 ounces of skirt steak, or thinly sliced boneless chicken
- breast
