Onion Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 8 ounces of lean steak
  • 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1 thinly sliced & halved radish
  • ¼ cup all natural, low sodium beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Sea salt & black pepper, seasoned to taste
Directions:
Sea salt & black pepper, seasoned to taste Cut steak across the grain into thin slices and mix with green onions in a medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle the mix with ginger and divide the mixture in half. Sauté half of the mixture and radishes on high heat to desired doneness. Radishes should be crisp but tender. Cook second half of mixture. Whisk beef broth, vinegar and red pepper flakes and add to the second
mixture in the skillet. Bring to boil and then cook for 2 additional minutes. Salt & pepper to taste.
