Baked Sole Foil Packets
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of skinless sole filet, halved
- 4 sliced green onions
- ½ thinly chopped radish
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon chopped dried rosemary
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees, mix vinegar, onion and rosemary. Place each filet on a 6” square of foil, spread onions and radishes over each and drizzle mixture over vegetables. Fold & seal packets and bake for 10 minutes.
