Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of crabmeat
  • 2 bags of Protein Pretzels
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon tarragon
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dill
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard with no starches (check the label!) 

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, form into patties, brown in skillet for 3 minutes on each side.
