Smoked Halibut Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 8 ounces of smoked halibut
  • ½ peeled & chunked red onion
  • Mixed greens
  • 1 quartered tomato 

Directions:
Place first 8 ingredients in food processor and coarsely chop mixture. Place a handful of mixed greens on plates, top each with half of mixture and garnish with tomato wedges.
