Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
- Up to 1 full-sized yellow onion
- Spinach
- Yellow mustard
- *Optional - Cayenne Pepper, Chili Powder, Texas Pete
Directions:Sautéed yellow onion (as much as you like). Add lean ground beef or turkey. Brown the meat. Add spinach. Add as much mustard as you like. To give it a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper, chili powder and Texas Pete.
