Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
  • 1 can salt free diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 LARGE yellow onion
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 2-4 chicken breasts depending on ratio desired
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
Directions:
Put all ingredients in insta-pot. Pressure cook on chicken for 30 minutes. Then slow cook for 3 hours (ideal) Adjust spices as desired. Consume 8-12 ounces per meal.
* Optional - Substitute ground turkey or ground sirloin.
