Chicken & Veggie Soup

Ingredients:
Place all ingredients in a large pan and simmer for 1 hour or until vegetables are soft.
- 2 8-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into small chunks
- 1 ½ cups chopped cabbage
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 large chopped celery stalks
- 15 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
- 14 ounce can of fat-free chicken broth
- 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
Place all ingredients in a large pan and simmer for 1 hour or until vegetables are soft.
