Chicken & Veggie Soup

Ingredients:
  • 2 8-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into small chunks
  • 1 ½ cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 large chopped celery stalks
  • 15 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
  • 14 ounce can of fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large pan and simmer for 1 hour or until vegetables are soft.
