Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 16 ounces of wilted spinach
- 14 ounce can of tomato juice
- 8 ounces lean beef ground or extra lean turkey
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- ½ minced white onion
- 2 bags of Protein Pretzels
Directions:Preheat to 400 degrees, mix ingredients except juice in small bowl, then roll into 2 tablespoon-sized balls. Pour tomato sauce over balls, season to taste with salt & pepper, bake for 30 minutes.
